Cancellation Policy

We encourage our guests to obtain trip cancellation insurance to protect your travel investment. You will have this option upon accepting/completing a reservation.

When a reservation is made, refunds are made ONLY if the house becomes uninhabitable OR if you cancel 60 days prior to your check-in date. If you cancel outside of the refund policy (59 days or less from your check-in date), any funds that have been collected are non-refundable. If you have purchased travel insurance, we can provide any documentation you may need to file for a refund.  We must be notified of any claims for refunds within 14 days of your reservation checkout date. All refunds due to renter-initiated cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
